Eventide on Eighth Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN (As Needed) to join our direct care team. Shifts include 12-hour day or night options, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month and two weekend shifts monthly.

The role offers a competitive pay range and an excellent benefits package. Ideal candidates hold an active MN LPN license and may have prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Active MN LPN license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work minimum 24 hours per month and two weekend shifts every month.

• Administers medications and treatments per policy.
• Provides direct nursing care and monitors residents' health.
• Documents in electronic medical records accurately.
• Communicates needs to care staff and physicians as required.
