Job summary

Eventide's The Linden is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time to join our NOC shift team in Moorhead, MN. The incumbent will provide compassionate care to residents and support a 12-hour overnight schedule (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) with holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active MN LPN license.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.
• LPN assesses residents’ needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.

Responsibilities

• LPN assesses residents’ needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors for effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care and follows established policies and standards.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the residents’ electronic medical records.
• Coordinates care and participates in resident care conferences.
