Job summary

Eventide The Linden in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will assess residents, administer medications, and provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active MN LPN license; LTC experience is preferred. A 7% shift differential is offered along with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including 403(b) with employer

Qualifications

• Must hold an active MN LPN license.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment, observation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Observe and follow residents’ care plans and update as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies and standards.
• Document in residents’ electronic medical records per policy.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and CNAs/NA-R.
