Job summary

Eventide Fargo is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Over-Night shift 6:00p-6:30a, with a fixed schedule every 3rd weekend and a holiday rotation. A ND LPN license is required or must be obtainable upon hire. Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

The role includes administering meds, providing direct care, and documentation in the EMR. We offer shift differentials of $5/hr for overnights and $2/hr for weekend hours, with a competitive benefits package and 403(b)

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.
• Assesses residents’ needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Provides individual attention to support residents’ well-being.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents as needed.
• Document care and interventions in the electronic medical record.
• Assist in orientation and training of new team members.
• Coordinate with care team to update plans of care as needed.
