Eventide on Eighth Care Center in Moorhead, MN seeks a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for day or PM shifts. The role includes direct resident care, medication administration, and care-plan updates. Shift options include day (12 hours) or PM (8 hours) with every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active MN LPN license or be able to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents per established policies.
• Assists in orientation and training of new team members.
• Documents in the residents' electronic medical records per policy.

Responsibilities
