Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of drivers at a single Minnesota location. You will direct daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure customer requirements are met while aligning with company goals.

The role covers shift-based operations (5:00PM–5:00AM), team development, safety compliance, and continuous process improvements to optimize productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Manage daily shift operations and scheduling.
