Penske Logistics is seeking a proven Operations Supervisor to lead drivers and hourly staff at our Faribault, MN site. You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate dispatch, loading/unloading, and ensure service and safety standards are met while controlling costs.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of improving processes. Schedule: Wed–Sat, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM; salary $56,200–$74,500 with shift differential and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching.
• Identify changes to increase dispatch productivity and assist in training.
• Provide relief coverage when associates are off shift.
• Maintain site operating systems knowledge for compliance and accurate reporting.
• Complete records and reports timely.
