Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry; 30 WPM.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email and website with urgency and attention to detail.
• Use MNX's logistics platform to process, monitor and manage critical shipments.
• Communicate with customers and agents in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet required team metrics.
