UPS is seeking a dedicated customer service representative who will manage incoming requests across multiple platforms. Initially, this position will be remote, transitioning to an on-site role in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, utilizing logistics platforms, and meeting team metrics.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, proficiency in Office tools, and excellent communication skills. Work hours are Sunday-Thursday night shifts from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM EST.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft-Word, Excel, Outlook & data entry.
• Ability to type 30 WPM.
