Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry; typing 30 WPM.
• Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Flexible with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email and website with urgency and attention to detail.
• Using MNX's logistics platform, process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for the medical, aerospace, telecommunications and high tech industries.
• Communicate with customers and agents in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet required team metrics.
• Stay current on all required training.
