Job summary

UPS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Marken operations in Healthcare Precision Logistics. The role starts remote with a planned transition to an on-site Miami, Florida office, maintaining the same responsibilities and performance expectations.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and web, use our MNX logistics platform, and work to meet team metrics while staying current on required training. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry; 30 WPM.
• Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones preferred.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email and website.
• Use MNX's proprietary logistics management platform to process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments.
