Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to support our delivery network. You will monitor routes, coordinate independent contractors, and ensure on-time execution across assigned operations and client sites.

The role requires basic MS Office, strong organization, and the ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and ICs. Shift Mon-Fri 1am-8am; pay $20-$21 per hour; college degree or high school diploma with relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma with equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Independent Contractors (ICs) and dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor routes, IC check-in, and communicate changes to customers.
• Complete daily service reports and paperwork as directed.
