Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry‑level Operations Coordinator in Issaquah, WA to help keep routes efficient and on schedule. The role supports independent contractors (ICs) delivering for our clients, coordinating daily dispatches and monitoring service quality in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or college degree, are comfortable with MS Office, and can lift up to 50 pounds. The position offers weekend/holiday shifts and pay between $21 and $22 per hour, with benefits

Qualifications

• Entry level position coordinating ICs and routes per customer requirements.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain safe working practices.
• College degree or HS diploma with equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes coverage, IC check-in, and on-time delivery; communicate issues.
• Create routes as per customer requirements and coordinate with dispatch.
• Monitor dispatch board and ensure requested delivery times are met.
• Communicate delays to customer and dispatch team; report issues.
• Ensure ICs use correct vehicle type and adhere to login procedures.
• Complete daily service reports and administrative paperwork.
• Maintain professional appearance with required IDs and uniforms.
