Job summary

Romark Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to organize daily workloads across Zone Teams, manage inbound and outbound flow, and ensure on-time shipments and accurate documentation. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JDA Warehouse Management Systems and related documentation.
• Experience in Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory, and Material Handling operations.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and able to create reports and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily workload to Zone Teams and meet shipping load ready and inbound time goals.
• Balance workload across zones and forecast queue to keep teams productive.
• Monitor completion of work to ensure balanced shipments and inbounds.
• Coordinate with Team Lead to manage zone flow for inbound and outbound product.
• Audit inbound/outbound documents for completeness and compliance.
• Communicate with carriers and customer service on load status and exceptions.
• Allocate and balance work to zones, adjusting priorities to maintain flow of product.
