Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level coordinator in Latrobe, PA to manage delivery routes and IC partnerships. You will monitor routes, coordinate IC check-ins, and ensure on-time execution while communicating with customers and dispatch.

This role requires basic MS Office skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work overtime and develop customer relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• College Degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Basic MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience required.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and clean, functional vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks.
• Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and on-time delivery.
• Create routes per customer requirements and communicate updates.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet requested delivery times.
• Communicate delays and problems to customer and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services in the requested vehicle type.
• Coordinate IC login and EC-mobile compliance.
• Work with ICs to resolve issues during dispatch.
• Arrange STAT coverage for customers as needed.
• Restructure routes to ensure on-time execution.
• Ensure ICs follow contracted delivery services.
• Assist with contracting ICs.
• Complete daily service reports.
