Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level coordinator to ensure routes are covered, ICs are scheduled, and deliveries stay on time. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime and weekend hours based on business needs.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with full-time benefits including Health Insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• College Degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate independent contractors and update dispatch with changes.
• Create and monitor IC check-ins and service reports.
• Ensure ICs use specified vehicle type and adhere to client requirements.
• Assist in contracting ICs and maintaining IC paperwork.
