USPack is a leading logistics provider focused on same-day delivery. We are seeking an entry-level coordinator to support route planning, IC coordination, and daily reporting in a fast-paced environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• College Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent education/experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Basic MS Office Tools and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Independent Contractors (ICs) and dispatch.
• Complete daily service reports and maintain records.
• Assist in IC contracting and paperwork compliance.
• Ensure ICs wear proper ID badges and uniforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
