Job summary

USPack in Latrobe, PA seeks an entry-level operations coordinator to support route planning and IC coordination. The role focuses on timely deliveries, communication with customers and contractors, and daily reporting in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; pay $19–$21 per hour, full-time, on-site work. College degree or HS diploma required; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) experience required.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and a clean, functional vehicle.
• Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor to ensure routes are covered and IC check-in is complete.
• Create routes per customer requirements and communicate changes.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet customer delivery times.
• Inform customer and dispatch of delays or problems.
• Ensure ICs provide services in requested vehicle type.
• Complete daily service reports and administrative paperwork.
