Job summary

Insomnia Cookies Houston, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to manage bakery operations, lead the Cookie Crew, and deliver exceptional service during night shifts. You’ll supervise daily tasks, ensure quality, and drive a fun, productive atmosphere in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll oversee cash handling, coaching, and training, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service role.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Strong communication, time management and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products during your shift.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations, communicating information, monitoring production and coaching team members.
• Prioritize tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Support and work with the Cookie Crew to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow safe food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
