Insomnia Cookies in Cincinnati OH is seeking a Shift Leader at our UC store to captain bakery operations by night, bake and package orders, and deliver warm cookies with outstanding guest service.

You will lead the Cookie Crew, coach teammates, maintain standards, manage cash, and ensure safety. This role offers flexible part-time schedules and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, deliciously rewarding team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and coach team members.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while delivering outstanding service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with direction and feedback.
• Prioritize tasks to keep operations running smoothly and meet guest demand.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management and deposits.
• Communicate updates with store leadership to optimize bakery operations.
