Job summary

Sitemetric in York, SC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments. You’ll supervise shifts, ensure compliance, and act as the frontline onsite leader when the Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and contractors, maintaining attendance and records, and resolving shift-level issues with professionalism and a customer-service focus, all while adapting to dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Access Control Officer or in a similar leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues quickly in high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Oversight and Compliance: Lead and supervise ACOs assigned to a specific shift or project within a campus.
• Operational Leadership: Act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.
• Workforce Management: Verify attendance, time in/out compliance, and overall performance of shift personnel.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as point of contact for customer representatives during assigned shifts.
• Logistics & Administration: Maintain records related to shift operations and ensure equipment is functioning.
