Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with two years in Sterile Processing.
• Certification as CSPDT is required.
• Certification in Sterile Processing Management encouraged within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPD staff and ensure all sterile processing tasks run smoothly.
• Assist SPD Supervisor to meet production requirements.
• Oversee case carts management and coordinate with OR staff.
• Maintain compliance logs and support policy enforcement.
• Communicate instrument needs with SPD leadership and OR coordinators.
• Ensure equipment functionality and report issues promptly.
