Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Sterile Processing Program required.
• SPD supervisor certification and 3–5 years SPD experience.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with OR teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SPD department operations and staffing.
• Ensure decontamination, sterilization, and instrument care per policy.
• Document QA activities and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Provide data reports to support performance improvement and leadership.
• Partner with Surgical Services Director and OR staff to meet patient needs.
