Job summary

The role requires state licensure as a Respiratory Care Provider, NBRC-registered/RRT, and an associate degree with 4+ years of critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Respiratory Care Provider in the state
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NBRC
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy and 2 years of CCU experience, or RRT equivalent with 4 years CCU experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers required
• Advanced facility certification as applicable

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop programs within the Respiratory Care Department
• Oversee the electronic medical record interface for the department
• Serve as department liaison to multidisciplinary teams
• Assist in staffing and clinical functions as needed
• Provide ongoing support to department programs and initiatives
