You will conduct assessments, administer medications, collaborate with physicians and care teams, document in the EMR, and participate in rounds and handoffs.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing; multistate accepted with NJ endorsement.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and recognize clinical changes; intervene and advocate.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for coordinated decisions.
• Provide patient and family education for next care steps.
