Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing (or Multistate RN license with NJ endorsement).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and respond to clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families to prepare for next care phases.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to improve communication.
