Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a high-volume unit. You'll deliver compassionate care during pre-pregnancy, labor, delivery, and recovery, collaborating with NICU, OR, Couplet Care, and ED teams to ensure safe, patient-centered births.

This full-time role offers opportunities for leadership, ongoing education, and growth in Women & Infant Services, with day shifts and potential for night shift assignments based on

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona.
1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
BLS & ACLS as required by department.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on bedside care through pre-pregnancy complications, laboring moms, delivery, and recovery.
Collaborate with NICU, Couplet Care, OR, and ED teams.
Interpret fetal monitoring and anticipate labor progression.
Act as a clinical leader, supervising and delegating patient care as needed.
Ensure safety, comfort, and communication throughout the birth experience.
Participate in hourly rounding and uphold evidence-based nursing standards.
With appropriate experience, may act as charge nurse or OB triage.
