Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Gambrills to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-notch food quality and service for customers. The position offers full-time and part-time hours with a base pay rate of $20.50 per hour, plus an overnight premium of $2.00 per hour for eligible hours.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and adhere to policies and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
