Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead kitchen operations at Scarsdale, ensuring top-notch food quality and service for guests. You’ll oversee opening, prep, and closing duties and collaborate with the chef leadership team to deliver consistent experiences.

You will manage orders, stock, safety, and sanitation, monitor costs, and coach front- and back-of-house staff. A Food Manager Certificate and 21+ hourly role with night and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising a team in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and properly used.
• Conduct pre- and post-service staff briefings and trainings.
