Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service. You will lead the team through opening, prep, and closing duties, collaborate with chef leadership, and manage orders and inventory while keeping safety and costs in line with company standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong communication, and a professional, detail-focused approach to operations.

Formación

• At least 1 year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Open, effective verbal and written communication.
• Polished professionalism and adherence to policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with front- and back-of-house staff.
• Present a professional, ethical leadership style at all times.
