Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Shift Lead to oversee the on-site cleaning operations at the White, GA account. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure standards are met, and maintain a safe, clean facility during night shifts (4-10 hour shifts).

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial and supervisor experience preferred.
• Demonstrate commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy in all interactions.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team to ensure on-site standards are met.
• Clean flooring surfaces: vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies in breakrooms and restrooms.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, baseboards, windows, blinds.
• Clean/disinfect breakrooms and restrooms, manage containers.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed.
• Report irregularities and enforce policies and procedures.
