Qualifications

• Prior janitorial and supervisor experience preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse on-site team to meet standards.
• Clean various flooring surfaces (vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub).
• Sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.
• Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms and common areas.
• Label and use cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed.
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and policy violations.
• Abide by Sizemore and client policies; perform other tasks as required.
