The position involves night shifts from Wed to Sat, 6 PM to 5 AM, with typical duties including supervising staff, cleaning floors and restrooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial and supervisor experience preferred.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
• Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy in all interactions.
• Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time sensitive situations.
• Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team to maintain on-site standards.
• Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and office areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of breakrooms and common areas.
• Label and use cleaning chemicals safely and maintain janitorial equipment.
• Report irregularities and enforce client policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
