Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper Team Lead in Orlando, FL to oversee daily operations and quality control within the assigned account. This role requires a background in janitorial services and a minimum of five years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a background in Janitorial.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred; or the equivalent comprising professional work experience and training certifications.
• Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Must provide a local criminal background search and submit to a nationwide check by the company.
• Have no misdemeanor convictions for any crimes of moral turpitude.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to the Operational Division and will be responsible for daily operations and quality control at the assigned account.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as scheduled.
