• Oversee shift operations and janitorial duties at the assigned account.
• Train and supervise Sizemore Team Members; ensure tasks meet standards.
• Inspect work and equipment, ensuring readiness and safety.
• Log daily account checks and communicate with customer on service quality.
• Support leadership in meeting customer expectations and reporting results.
