Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. in Opa-Locka, FL is seeking a Janitorial Shift Lead to oversee nightly cleaning operations and ensure client standards are met. You will lead a high-performing team, manage supplies, and uphold safety and quality across the account.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Night shift runs Wed–Sat, 6 PM–5 AM with 4–10 hour shifts; direct hire with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial and supervisor experience preferred.
• Demonstrate service orientation with professional conduct.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy in interactions.
• Initiative and sound judgment in evaluating situations.
• Able to multitask and work under time pressure with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team to maintain on-site standards.
• Clean flooring surfaces with vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub.
• Sanitize restrooms and breakrooms; restock supplies.
• Dust furniture, baseboards, windows and equipment.
• Empty trash and replace liners; label chemicals properly.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed.
• Report irregularities and enforce policies.
• Abide by Sizemore and client procedures; perform other tasks.
