Job summary

The Janitorial Shift Lead at Sizemore, Inc. will supervise a diverse on-site team and ensure cleaning standards and safety requirements are met during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM across assigned facilities.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, restrooms, breakrooms, stocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment, preventing losses, and upholding Sizemore’s core values of flexibility, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial and supervisor experience preferred.
• Demonstrates service-minded professionalism in interactions.
• Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse on-site team to meet standards.
• Clean flooring surfaces and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, baseboards, windows, blinds.
• Clean breakrooms and restock supplies.
• Empty trash and manage liners.
• Maintain and operate janitorial equipment as needed.
