Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 3 Technician to join the client's team onsite in Hillsboro, OR. The role supports PCs, printers, and networked devices during a 12-hour night shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am) on Sun, Mon, Tue and alternating Saturdays.

A reliable driver’s license and clean MVR are required. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of technical experience, Windows imaging and enterprise/troubleshooting skills, and must obtain an A+ certification within 90 days of start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of technical experience desired.
• A+ certification required within 90 days of start date.
• Windows imaging experience and enterprise/domain network troubleshooting.
• Basic printer support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for PCs and printers.
• Support the operations help desk for factory hardware and printers.
• Build and recycle systems; perform break/fix on Windows 7/10.
• Remote desktop administration and basic web tech tasks.
• System imaging via Altiris and patching via BigFix.
• Data entry and collaboration with engineers; client interaction.
