Job summary

At CompucomStaffing, a Level 3 Technician is needed onsite in Hillsboro, OR. The position offers a 12-hour shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am) on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and alternating Saturdays, with emphasis on PC/printer support and help-desk operations.

The candidate should have 3–5+ years of technical experience, an A+ certification within 90 days, Windows imaging, and strong network troubleshooting. A valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle is required.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of technical experience.
A+ certification required within 90 days of start date.
Windows imaging experience; enterprise and domain network troubleshooting.
Basic printer support and troubleshooting.
Must lift up to 35 lbs and be able to move as needed.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Cleanroom experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide support for PCs and printers.
Support the operation help desk for factory hardware and printers; build new systems.
Build identified systems and recycle identified systems.
Break fix hardware and basic builds on Windows 7/10.
Configure printers, hubs, and network components; set static IPs.
Remote desktop administration and basic web/VM tech tasks.
Imaging via Altiris; patching via BigFix.
Data administration updates with engineers.
Knowledge of remote administration (Remote Desktop).
System and printer audits; data entry of PCs into the system.
