Job summary

Bally’s Intralot is seeking a Computer Operator to support tier 1 monitoring, data entry and basic troubleshooting on the night shift. This entry level role involves monitoring IBM AIX, Windows and Linux servers and using Intralot software applications under supervision.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; one year related experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to acquire proficiency in new software applications and troubleshoot issues.
Knowledge of MS Excel and Word; familiarity with operating systems and networking.
Willingness to work a rotating night shift including weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide technical monitoring support for systems and operate proprietary Intralot software.
Monitor system processes via alert software and manage a cluster of IBM AIX servers for transactions.
Support Windows servers hosting web applications and Linux servers hosting Intralot software.
Other duties as assigned under supervision.
