Job summary

Bally’s Intralot is seeking an IT support professional to provide technical support for our systems and operate our proprietary software applications. The role includes monitoring server processes, managing IBM AIX clusters, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers hosting Intralot software.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to learn new software quickly, and be comfortable with a rotating shift including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must show ability to learn new software applications.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with IBM AIX, Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking and data communications.
• Knowledge of RDBMS.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Intralot systems.
• Operate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications.
• Monitor system processes and respond to incidents.
• Manage IBM AIX server clusters handling transactions.
• Maintain Windows servers hosting web applications.
• Maintain Linux servers hosting Intralot software.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Cluster of IBM AIX servers for processing transactions
• Windows servers hosting web applications
• Linux servers hosting Intralot, Inc. software applications
• Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.
