Job summary

The Bally's Intralot Computer Operator role is an entry level position that focuses on tier 1 monitoring support, data entry, and low level equipment troubleshooting. The team offers a starting point for a career in a regulated gaming industry.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in CS/IT or related field with some experience, plus skills in Excel, OS (AIX/Windows/Linux) and basic networking. This on-site role requires rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field, and one (1) year related experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical monitoring support for systems, including the following:
• Operate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications.
• Monitor system processes via alert software and escape accordingly.
• Cluster of IBM AIX servers for processing transactions
• Windows servers hosting web applications
• Linux servers hosting Intralot, Inc. software applications
• Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.
