Job summary

Standard shift is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; responsibilities include monitoring host systems, security, file processing, customer service requests, and coordination with gaming venues and regulatory agencies;

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years in IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts entry-level troubleshooting of host systems, middleware, applications, and tools.
• Monitors network operations and documents anomalies.
• Oversees logical security to ensure compliance.
• Performs routine system and server monitoring and escalation.
