Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field and 1 year related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Word; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with operating systems including AIX, Windows and Linux; knowledge of networking and data communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical monitoring support for systems and alert escalation.
• Operate proprietary Intralot software applications.
• Monitor system processes and escalate as needed.
• Manage IBM AIX server cluster and Windows/Linux servers.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
