Responsibilities

• Walk personnel through server conversions, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot server, printer, network, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software problems.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding activities and account administration.
• Document issues, resolutions, and project progress.
