Qualifications

• 1 year experience in call center or service desk environment.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Office 365 suite.
• Familiar with passwords, printer setup, VPN and remote access tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, e-mail and chat to employees of corporate clients.
• Troubleshoot Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist users with Windows 7/10 and VPN connectivity issues.
• Utilize ticketing systems to document and track issues and resolutions.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to company policies.
