Job summary

CACI is seeking an Integrated Shift Supervisor for the Night Shift to lead on-shift personnel across a multi-source service environment supporting the COMM Network Operations Center. You will monitor incidents, coordinate with operations staff, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of service-impacting events in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires strong leadership, TS/SCI with polygraph, and experience in enterprise monitoring, incident management, and ITIL-aligned governance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience coordinating and directing IT operations in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Strong technical background and working knowledge of networking technologies.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience preparing presentations and executive-level reports.
• Ability to review technical documentation and summarize complex information for executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track service-impacting changes within the Enterprise infrastructure.
• Work with Service Operations staff during installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of infrastructure to monitor potential impacts.
• Monitor and analyze critical incident alerts related to outages or service degradations.
• Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating monitoring procedures.
• Support Major Incident Severity Level calls and document timelines of events.
• Monitor planned and unplanned service-impacting changes.
• Prepare and distribute Outage Notifications, Resolution Notifications, Advisory Notifications, Planned Outage Notifications, and updates.
• Assist with SharePoint Outage Tracker entries and updates.
• Establish conference bridges for Severity Level incidents and engage appropriate resources.
• Archive the Daily Operations Report and Shift Change Log.
• Perform trend analysis, incident reviews, recommendations, and service-status reporting.
• Review Critical Site Tickets and drive to closure.
• Provide Situational Awareness to the customer and maintain logs and reports.
• Leverage ITIL and analytics to correlate service impacts and SLA compliance.
• Monitor VIP incidents and government situational awareness efforts.
• Provide operational coordination for network Event and Incident Management.
• Prepare daily network availability briefings and reports for leadership.
• Generate Situational Awareness notifications via messaging systems.
• Provide technical assistance as requested by the customer.
• Support AAR process data collection.
• Integrate ITIL best practices into governance documentation.
• Demonstrate understanding of network services and Carrier Ethernet technologies.
• Collect incident information from customer interactions and self-service tools.
• Track incidents from identification to resolution.
• Conduct initial assessment and triage of incidents and requests.
