Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Minimum of five (5) years of coordinating IT operations in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Strong technical background in networking technologies.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations/reports.
• Required Certifications: Security+ or other DoD 8140 IAT-compliant certification.
• Any ITIL 4 certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-shift personnel and coordinate across a multi-source service environment.
• Monitor incidents; track, prioritize, and escalate by severity levels.
• Assist with development/maintenance of standard operating monitoring procedures.
• Support Major Incident Severity Level calls and document timelines of events.
• Monitor changes and assist with outage/notification workflows.
• Provide situational awareness and reports for customer leadership.
• Translate technical information into executive-friendly summaries.
