Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Mission IT Operator Lead to coordinate 24x7 operations across multiple sites. The role involves SLA enforcement, training, cross‑enterprise coordination, and maintaining documentation.

You will work non‑standard hours, interface with government leadership, provide incident triage, track access, and report metrics. Requires TS/SCI with poly, IAT II, Security+, and strong ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph within the past 4 years.
• AA degree or 3–5 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Current DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification and Security+.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and ITIL practices.
• Broad knowledge of critical systems across multiple locations.
• Basic Windows and Linux, Active Directory, and network concepts.
• Adaptability to changing tech and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Mission IT operations meet SLAs.
• Train incoming Mission IT personnel.
• Coordinate with enterprise partners and multi-agency customers.
• Maintain Mission IT documentation and SOPs.
• Work non-standard shifts to support 24x7 operations.
• Interface with government and senior leaders during events.
• Provide metrics and data for enterprise tracking.
• Assist with incident triage and basic resolution.
• Maintain staffing schedules and access controls.
• Assess impacts of enterprise changes on Mission IT.
