Job summary

Qualified candidates will hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT certification, and ITIL 4. The position requires 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience and strong communication skills for executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Current Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT certification.
• ITIL 4 certification or plan to obtain within 90 days.
• At least 5 years' experience maintaining IT infrastructure/services.
• Understanding of commercial network services, wavelength, SONET, carrier ethernet.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Customer service skills and ability to brief executives.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an Operations Bridge with ISC NOC and field units.
• Provides Situational Awareness updates, reports and logs for the customer.
• Leverages management tools to correlate service impacts and SLA conformance.
• Proactively monitors high-priority incident tickets affecting VIPs and critical services.
• Supports Government with situational awareness of world/national/local events.
• Conducts trend analysis and supports investigations as needed.
• Provides operational coordination for network Event and Incident Management.
• Prepares daily network availability briefings and executive-level reports.
